DooDahDeals.com will accept any returns for 30 days from the date the item is received by the buyer. We will issue a full refund with no restocking fees upon receiving the item. If you need to file a return please email us at email@example.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
Return shipping is provided by DooDahDeals.com in cases of defective items only. We only cover defective items for 30 days from the date of delivery. If there are any issues with the item after this time, please contact the product manufacturer for warranty service.
"Changed mind" and "misordered" return shipping costs are covered by the buyer. Please carefully read the product description and ensure the item fits your needs before placing an order to avoid return shipping charges. If returning an item, please provide us with the carrier chosen and the tracking number at firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure the refund is issued immediately upon us receiving the item.
If there is an issue with your delivery, please inform us within 30 days. Carriers are unable to investigate lost/misdelivered packages after 30 days have passed. Requests for refunds or replacements for lost/misdelivered packages will be denied if requested more than 30 days after the original estimated delivery date.
As we ship items at noon CST, all cancellation requests must be sent to email@example.com before that time, or the item will ship and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges after delivery.
